• Where is the store based?

• How does your clothing fit?

  Because each article of clothing is hand-sewn, there may be inconsistencies when it comes to letter sizes. Even if you are almost always a certain letter, check to see what size you should order by looking at the chart included on every shirt and tank top page. If you're on the cusp of a certain size, you may want to consider ordering a size up.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Since all of my products are made-to-order, you should expect a processing time of 2-7 business days. Add the number of days for the shipping method chosen at checkout on top of that to get your total shipping time.

• What if my order gets lost?

  If a package has been lost in transit, a claim should also be made within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date. To start the claim process, send me a message.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I accept orders placed outside of the US.

• Are there any other fees I should be aware of?

  International orders may require additional fees due to duties, taxes and brokerage. These fees are charged individual governments and we cannot reimburse or waived.

• Do you do customizations?

  I’m open to them! Many of the designs you see can be formatted to fit a style type of garment or have different colorways. Reach out with what you’d like.

• Can I order in bulk?

  You can show off your gear and get featured by at mentioning @httpkoopa or tagging #httpkoopa in your post on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
